I had to cancel holiday 2 days before travel as my husband became unwell and had to be hospitalised the staff member who assisted me was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately I hadn’t organised insurance for the holiday however the staff member actually managed to get a voucher refund for us and we didn’t lose our cash. I am so grateful to her for her help and friendliness. Staff like that are priceless
