We use Stewart Travel regular because their dependable service is always first class. This time I booked a holiday to Lake Garda and one week later I received a call from a consultant saying I need to onto hospital for three heart stents which was when on holiday.. I then had to cancel my holiday and could only get 50% back? This meant I would loose over £1000, Olive then said if I can get proof for my procedure she would fill the forms in with my permission then attach the letter from the consultant and see what Jet2 do? Within a couple of hours Jet2 had agree to refund me voucher for cost for the half of the holiday. This will be used after the procedure to book the same holiday. Thank you Olive , you are a star******
