Helpful and patient staff

Very good. I had specific requirements re flight times for our trip to Australia as my husband has dementia. Olive was very patient arranging things and going through all the fine details. Prior to my visit to the shop Andy had sourced flights and options available to me. Always happy to return to the Bishop Briggs branch .
