Join our Cruise Product team

We are looking for a Cruise Product Expert to support our growing cruise business.
Role is full-time/part-time and Remote/Hybrid/Office is available.

This is a varied and interesting role involves liaising with suppliers to source cruise deals, monitoring trends, researching new product ideas, and proactively sourcing and creating new cruise products. The role will encompass creative, analytical, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.

Role of Cruise Product Expert:

  • Pro-actively sourcing cruise deals, negotiating special offers and groups
  • Researching and analysing data to identify opportunities
  • Creating bespoke and tailor-made cruise holidays, pairing land and rail tours
  • Liaising with cruise lines
  • Communicating cruise offers and products to our Sales teams
  • Creating accurate product briefs and working closely with Marketing team
  • Competitor analysis and reporting upon insights
  • Maintain and develop excellent knowledge of the cruise industry as a whole
  • Arranging training and supporting colleagues across the group both face to face and remotely

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator
  • Commercially aware with eye for a deal
  • Possess excellent numeric and written skills
  • Be highly motivated, enthusiastic with a passion for travel
  • A creative thinker, with ability to create cruise and stay holidays
  • The ability to review data, spot trends and share insights
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Previous Travel knowledge is essential. An understanding of the cruise industry would be beneficial.
