We have exciting opportunities for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our cruise division.

Location – Carrick Street, Ayr/Hybrid/Remote
Remuneration – Competitive salary
Hours – Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:30.

Job role entails:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Plan and manage social media platforms, creating and curating content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring performance.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to improve SEO rankings and drive organic traffic.
Utilise data and analytics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Manage and oversee online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written English and copywriting
Confidence with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods and systems
Very good project management and organisational skills
Strong analytical abilities
Be highly motivated, dynamic and pro-active
Eye for detail and design
